Mario Carnaghi milling and vertical turning products include machines for the production of prismatic parts and circular parts. Therefore, in the general machining field, our company has always had a strong market position, related mainly to the product quality and wide range of available sizes. Our milling machines satisfy, not only for size requirements, but for the heavy machining capability as well. We offer to our customers’ four different product lines, and the opportunity to choose the most suitable solution according to the spindle power required for the removal of chips, from 37kw to 130 kw. All structures are suitable to bear the loads that are produced during the machining.

For the vertical turning machines, the company has combined not only rough/ finish turning capability with live milling/drilling in one unique performing machine for operations. Our live milling spindle can easily reach 4,500 rpm for the execution not only of milling operation but even grinding. Therefore, our vertical turning lathes are able to execute a wide range of processes including turning, milling/drilling and grinding in a single operation.
